2 Ingredient Bread Or Baguette
  1. Whisk your egg whites to stiff peaks

  2. Whisk in 3 tbsp of ground chia seeds carefully so you don't loose too much air

  3. Add a pinch of salt to season

  4. Put the mixture into 2 baguette moulds or shape it into buns on some baking paper or a small loaf tin

  5. Bake in a preheated oven of 180C fan for 15-20 mins until golden

  6. Remove and allow to cool before slicing
