Whisk your egg whites to stiff peaks
Whisk in 3 tbsp of ground chia seeds carefully so you don't loose too much air
Add a pinch of salt to season
Put the mixture into 2 baguette moulds or shape it into buns on some baking paper or a small loaf tin
Bake in a preheated oven of 180C fan for 15-20 mins until golden
Remove and allow to cool before slicing
