Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss to thoroughly coat the pecans with seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 335˚ F. Working in batches, fry pecans for five minutes.
Carefully transfer pecans to a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Separate pecans to avoid creating clusters. The pecans will have a gooey texture after they are fried, but they will harden as they cool.
Allow to cool for ten minutes before serving.
