Better-than-starbucks Sous-vide Egg Bites
  1. Add eggs, cheese, yeast, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Grease the mason jars with butter or oil.

  3. Add a tablespoon of mix-ins to each jar.

  4. Pour the egg mixture on top of the mix-ins.

  5. Seal the jars and cook them in a 170-degree water bath for an hour.

  6. Remove the jars from the bath and let them cool.

  7. Enjoy the egg bites straight from the jar or turn them out onto a plate.

  8. If not consuming all at once, refrigerate the remaining jars and reheat as needed.
