Add eggs, cheese, yeast, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
Grease the mason jars with butter or oil.
Add a tablespoon of mix-ins to each jar.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the mix-ins.
Seal the jars and cook them in a 170-degree water bath for an hour.
Remove the jars from the bath and let them cool.
Enjoy the egg bites straight from the jar or turn them out onto a plate.
If not consuming all at once, refrigerate the remaining jars and reheat as needed.
