In a bowl mix ingredients 2-6 together and set aside
Heat up oil and crushed garlic on a pan for 1 min and sautee the anchovies in untill light brown or slightly crispy
Set anchovies on one side of the pan, turn off the heat and immediately pour the sauce mixture
As the sauce mixture bubbles from the remaining heat, mix the anchovies and sauce mixture until evenly coated
Finally mix in the sesame oil evenly right at the end
