High Protein Cinnamon Bites
  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt

  2. Stir in yoghurt until dough forms

  3. Roll into 10 balls and coat lightly with cooking spray or egg wash

  4. Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 13 to 15 minutes with fan or 20 minutes without fan

  5. Toss warm bites in cinnamon and sweetener mix
