  1. Buzz flour and salt in the food processor for 10 sec.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and process until dough forms.

  3. Knead by hand for 12 minutes.

  4. Flour the dough, wrap in plastic, and let rest 30 min to 5 hours at room temp.

  7. Dump in your pasta, stir and set the timer for one minute.

  8. Start with tongs and then switch to a spider spoon to remove the pasta.
