Sweet Chili Salmon Balls With Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a food processor, pulse salmon until finely chopped but not puréed.

  3. Combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic, ginger, egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  7. Chill sauce for 15 minutes before serving.
