Ingredients:
Warm milk in a saucepan until steaming.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Slowly pour the warm milk into the egg mixture while whisking.
Pour everything back into the saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Once it coats the back of the spoon (roughly 5-7min), it is done!
Serve in warm mugs or bowl. Add berries or cinnamon.
