30-minute Ground Chicken Chili With Beans
  1. Preheat a large pot over medium/high heat. Add the oil, onion, bell peppers, garlic and a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes until the veggies begin to soften.

  2. Add the ground chicken, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano and salt and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking up the meat while cooking.

  3. Add the tomatoes, chicken broth, beans and diced green chilis and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

  4. Turn off heat and squeeze in the juice of one lime.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings such as cheese, tortilla chips and avocado.
