Homemade Granola
  1. Add the following ingredients to a bowl; 2 cups of oats, ½ cup melted coconut oil, ½ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, a pinch of salt and a tsp of cinnamon, mix well

  2. Add your granola to a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes at 190°C, keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't burn as all ovens are different, especially on such a high surface area food

  3. Leave to cool and store in an airtight glass container and pair with protein yogurt for breakfast
