Shredded Chicken Recipe

  3. Add broth, cover with lid, and cook 7–10 minutes until internal temp is 165°F.

  4. Remove and shred chicken using two forks or a stand mixer.

  5. Add any remaining broth for extra moisture and toss.

  6. Use immediately or store.
