Homemade Coconut Butter
  1. Add 5-6 cups unsweetened shredded coconut to a high-speed blender

  2. Slowly increase the speed to high and process until creamy, usually about 30 seconds

  3. Use the tamper as needed to get everything going

  4. Transfer the coconut butter to an airtight container

  5. Store at room temperature for 3-6 months, or in the fridge for up to a year
