Add melted butter to every 2-3 sheets of phyllo dough. Work fast so phyllo doesn't dry. You'll need to repeat this for about 3-4 times or until you have used the 1 package of phyllo or at least 18-20 sheets.
In a small sauce pan, add 2 tbsp butter, sage and pecans. Stir frequently so they don't burn. You want them to be slightly toasted, but don't burn the sage.
Spread cranberry sauce. Top with pecan and sage mixture. Add chives and feta cheese. Roll the dough tightly. Cut into 12 rounds.
Add melted butter on bottom of each muffin pan, add the phyllo bite, top with more melted butter.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until golden.
