Preheat oven to 400 F.
Grate the zucchini. I used a food processor to do this. You can either leave the skin on, or peel it before.
Use a paper towel to squeeze the liquid out of the zucchini. Do this several times.
To a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir together.
Form the mixture into tots.
Put the tots on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the tots start to brown.
