  1. Break apart the mushrooms

  2. Mix ground meat with ingredients A (onion, egg, panko, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic)

  3. Shape into 4 patties

  4. Sear both sides

  5. Add ingredients B (water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, dashi powder) and mushrooms, simmer 10 minutes on low heat

  6. Remove patties and thicken sauce with ingredients C (cornstarch and water)
