Coat the chicken in cornflour and season with salt and pepper. Start frying the chicken in a pan with a splash of oil. 6 mins on each side. Put them to one side once cooked.
Put rice on to boil.
Combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a jug.
With the pan cooled to a low heat, add the sauce and simmer for 2 mins to thicken.
Re-add the thighs to the sauce and turn them over to coat them.
Slice the cucumber to add as a side and sprinkle some black sesame seed for garnish
