In a heat proof bowl, mix together minced garlic, finely grated ginger, gochugaru, and sesame seeds
Pour hot sesame oil on top and let it sizzle
Give it a mix, then stir in light soy sauce, rice vinegar or lime juice, sesame paste, and peanut butter
Stir well, then add a splash of cold water to loosen it up
Add a dash of brown sugar or honey for sweetness if desired
Mix until the sauce comes together with a smooth consistency
Pour the sauce over a block of soft silken tofu
Garnish with scallions and chilli crisp
Serve and enjoy
