5 Minute Spicy Sesame Tofu
  1. In a heat proof bowl, mix together minced garlic, finely grated ginger, gochugaru, and sesame seeds

  2. Pour hot sesame oil on top and let it sizzle

  3. Give it a mix, then stir in light soy sauce, rice vinegar or lime juice, sesame paste, and peanut butter

  4. Stir well, then add a splash of cold water to loosen it up

  5. Add a dash of brown sugar or honey for sweetness if desired

  6. Mix until the sauce comes together with a smooth consistency

  7. Pour the sauce over a block of soft silken tofu

  8. Garnish with scallions and chilli crisp

  9. Serve and enjoy
