Weeknight Jacket Potato Meal
  1. Wash and prick the potatoes, rub in olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil and place in oven or air fryer at 25 minutes until well done.

  2. For the tuna fish side, mix tinned tuna fish, mayonnaise, sweetcorn, black pepper, salt, and spring onions.

  3. For the coleslaw, grate carrot, mix with mayonnaise, sliced cabbage, sliced onion, black pepper, salt, and single cream.

  4. For the baked beans, heat the beans in a pan and add red chili flakes, salt and black pepper.

  5. To serve, split the potatoes, add a knob of butter, cover with shredded cheese and add the sides of your choice.
