Chinese Style Green Beans (paleo, Whole30, Vegan)
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Place the green beans in a baking sheet, and add sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly, then spread into a single layer.

  3. Roast for 10 minutes. While roasting, whisk together coconut aminos, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

  4. Remove the green beans from the oven and pour the sauce over them. Stir to coat, then spread out into a single layer.

  5. Roast for another 5 minutes until crisp tender.

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve warm.
