Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and lightly oil it.
Scoop out the avocado, remove any dark spots, and mash until smooth. Measure 150 g of green puree.
In a bowl, mix mashed avocado with yogurt until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork until the dough starts to come together.
Lightly oil your hands and knead briefly until soft and uniform. Add a bit more flour only if too sticky.
Divide into 4 portions. Roll each into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to form the bagel shape.
Place on the baking sheet, brush with almond milk, and sprinkle bagel seasoning.
Bake 20–22 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden. Let cool fully before slicing.
