Date Brownie Bark
  1. Add dates, oat flour, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and salt into a food processor and mix until it forms wet sand.

  2. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of water and pulse until a ball of dough forms (start with 1 tablespoon and go up as needed).

  3. Roll dough between two sheets of parchment until you have a roughly 8x11 inch sheet of brownie dough.

  4. Spread melted dark chocolate onto the dough in an even layer.

  5. Sprinkle with cacoa nibs and sea salt.

  6. Let chocolate covered dough set in the fridge before cutting into bite sized pieces and enjoying!
