Stay Fit Mom Egg Salad
  1. Remove the yolk from 4 of the hard boiled eggs

  2. Dice the remaining 12 whole hard boiled eggs and add them to a mixing bowl

  3. Add the diced green onions, dill, celery, salt, paprika, and pepper to the bowl

  4. Add 10.5 oz of low fat cottage cheese to the bowl

  5. Add 0.5 tbsp of mustard to the bowl

  6. Mix all the ingredients together
