Coat chicken pieces in egg, then toss in a mix of cornflour and plain flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy (about 8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook garlic, red pepper, and green pepper for 2 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, honey, and sesame oil. Stir until bubbling.
Return chicken to the pan, coat in the sauce, and mix well. Garnish with spring onion and sesame
seeds.
