Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to a large bowl
Add ½ cup corn starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl and toss until well coated
Add 3-4 tablespoons of peanut oil to a pan on medium-high heat
Once the oil is hot, add the chicken evenly to the bottom of the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes before stirring
Continue cooking until chicken is crispy and golden on all sides
Remove cooked chicken from the pan and set aside
Lower the heat in the same pan and add honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and sesame oil
Allow the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes
Stir in cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Once the sauce has thickened, add chicken back to the pan and toss to coat
Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions
