Beef Goulash With Creamy Potatoes
  1. Cut the beef and coat it in flour, then brown it in butter and olive oil over medium heat and set the meat aside in a separate bowl

  2. Cut the vegetables and sauté them in the same oil and pan, add tomato paste and some broth

  3. Add the meat back to the pan with the vegetables, add the broth, spices, salt, pepper and bay leaves

  4. After the meat has simmered for 1 hour, add the potatoes and simmer for another 20 minutes, top with vegetables and enjoy!
