Thai Chicken Wraps
  1. In a small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients (peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and garlic), gradually adding water to thin the sauce

  2. Take a large wrap or tortilla and line it with butter lettuce leaves to prevent the wrap from getting soggy

  3. Place sliced chicken, red cabbage, cucumbers, and shredded carrots in the center of the wrap

  4. Top with the peanut sauce

  5. Roll up the wrap like a burrito

  6. Cut in half and store individually in aluminum foil

  7. Place in the refrigerator until ready to eat
