Moong Dal Chilla (mung Bean Pancake)
  1. Rinse and soak moong dal for 2–3 hours.

  2. Blend soaked dal with water to form thick batter.

  3. Mix chopped onion, chilies, ginger, coriander, spices into batter.

  4. Heat non-stick pan, spread batter into thin round.

  5. Flip once golden brown and cook other side.

  6. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
