Spinach Ricotta Pastry Puff
  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. sauté spinach and garlic in olive oil till just wilted

  3. In a bowl add ricotta and seasonings, then add the spinach mixture and stir well

  4. Roll out puff pastery and cut into squares

  5. Spoon spinach mixture into center of squares, fold up corners and seal

  6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds

  7. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
