Thinly slice 3 chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, Kinder's grilled chicken seasoning, complete seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Sear the chicken in avocado oil for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté the diced shallot and minced garlic in ½ stick of butter until fragrant.
Whisk in ¼ cup of flour and cook until golden brown.
Add 5 cups of chicken broth, 3 cups of heavy cream, and a block of cream cheese. Simmer until the cream cheese is soft, then whisk until smooth.
Season with fresh oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add ½ pound of pasta and the diced cooked chicken. Simmer until the pasta is fully cooked.
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
