Air Fried Artichoke Hearts
  1. Drain the hearts and cut in halves.

  2. Pat dry with a few paper towels until most of the moisture is removed (bonus is you can let the artichokes set out to air dry an hour or two).

  3. Then line on parchment paper or inside your air fryer basket.

  4. Spray lightly with oil and top with grated parmesan and a little lemon juice.

  5. Air fry at 390 for 15-20 minutes or until the edges get nice and crispy.

  6. They're delicious as is but you could also try dipping in tzatziki, hummus, or a garlic lemon aioli.
