Wrap the tofu block in the nori sheet then slice into slabs
Coat the tofu slabs in cornflour one by one then set aside
Heat up a pan with oil for shallow frying the tofu for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy
Make the teriyaki sauce in a jar by combining tamari, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and agave
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with a slurry made from cornflour and water
Stir until it comes to the consistency of your liking
Serve with jasmine rice and edamame beans
