Crispy Teriyaki Tofu Rolls
  1. Wrap the tofu block in the nori sheet then slice into slabs

  2. Coat the tofu slabs in cornflour one by one then set aside

  3. Heat up a pan with oil for shallow frying the tofu for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy

  4. Make the teriyaki sauce in a jar by combining tamari, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and agave

  5. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with a slurry made from cornflour and water

  6. Stir until it comes to the consistency of your liking

  7. Serve with jasmine rice and edamame beans
