Chermoula
  1. Add herbs and spices to a blender

  2. Then add lemon and lemon zest, blend until chunky bits

  3. Add olive oil, blend some more but not too much as oil can get bitter

  4. Remove from blend into a jar and serve with veggies, such as broccolini

Use to complement veggies or bbq chicken
