Season chicken with salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and dried basil
Mix the seasonings into the chicken
Dredge the chicken in flour
Heat oil in a pan until very hot
Add chicken to the pan and sear until golden
Flip chicken and sear the other side
Remove chicken from pan and set aside
Salt boiling water and add pasta, cook for about 6 minutes
Add a touch of olive oil to the same pan
Add shallot and season with salt and black pepper
Add chili and minced garlic to the pan
Cook until garlic is fragrant
Add dry cherry wine to the pan
Reduce wine by half
Add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest
Add chopped basil and chopped parsley
Return chicken to the pan
Add butter and a touch of pasta water
Turn off heat and add spaghetti
Finish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese
