Rhubarb Lilac Jam
  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, stir well then let sit for on hour.

  2. Add the ingredients to a large pot then bring to a simmer. Simmer until slightly thickened. I don't like to cook mine for too long as I like a bit of texture and a clean, tart taste. About 15 minutes.

  3. Place in jars then refrigerate until ready to use.
