Pickled Avocado
  1. Add vinegar, water, and honey to a saucepan and heat on low until the honey dissolves.

  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool while you prepare your avocados.

  3. Slice avocados in half, then each half 4 x (you should get 8 slices per avocado).

  4. Add galice and red pepper flakes (if using) to a glass jar along with the avocado slices.

  5. Carefully pour over vinegar mixture into the jar.

  6. Cover the jar witht he lid and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
