Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans and chocolate chips evenly along the bottom of the pie crust.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour this mixture over the pecans and chocolate chips in the pie crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the filling is set and the pie crust is golden brown. If the edges of the pie crust begin to brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
