Brown 1 lb of ground beef in a large pan over medium heat and drain about half the fat
Make room in the middle and add tomato paste, let that cook for a minute before mixing in to ground beef
Season beef to your liking with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika
Add in beef broth, heavy cream, and orzo. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer
Turn down heat if simmering too much and cook for about 10-15 minutes stirring often until most of the broth and cream has been absorbed
Season again to taste with salt and pepper
Add spinach and Parmesan and mix until combined
Serve in a bowl
