Slice each chicken breast horizontally into 2 thin fillets. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
Coat each piece first in flour, then beaten egg, and finally crushed cornflakes, pressing the coating firmly onto the chicken.
Place in the air fryer, spray lightly with oil and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Melt the honey and butter together, then stir in the paprika, garlic powder and sriracha. Brush the hot crispy chicken generously with the glaze.
Mix all the burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
Toast the buns, spread with burger sauce, add lettuce and the honey-glazed crispy chicken. Serve immediately.
