Add strawberries to a container or bowl and sprinkle with 1 tbsp sweetener
Give it a mix/shake and allow to sit for 5 minutes so the juices release
Sprinkle with cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, another tablespoon of sweetener, and a pinch of salt
Shake again and taste, adjusting sweetness as desired
Sprinkle with cacao nibs or nuts of choice right before eating for crunch
