Ramen Eggs
  1. Splash of vinegar in the water

  2. Gently place the eggs in the boiling water and boil for exactly 7 minutes

  3. After 7 minutes, pull the eggs out and let them cool in an ice bath

  4. Make the marinade with water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar

  5. Crack the cooled eggs and carefully peel off the shells

  6. Drop the peeled eggs into the marinade and let sit for a couple days
