  1. Grind meat with 6mm (1.4") plate.

  2. Mix meat well with all ingredients, including water.

  3. Stuff into 22-26mm sheep or 28-30mmhog casings - tie int0 4" links. OR

  4. Press into patties, (put on a tray and freeze before vacuum sealing for freezing.)

  5. Cook before eating. Recommend fried or grilled!
