3 2 1 Ribs Recipe
  1. Preheat your smoker to 180°F.

  2. Remove membrane from ribs and trim fat.

  3. Rub both sides of the ribs with BBQ rub.

  4. Smoke for 3 hours bone side down.

  5. Wrap with brown sugar, butter, and apple cider in foil.

  6. Return to smoker at 225°F for 2 hours.

  7. Remove foil, brush with BBQ sauce.

  8. Smoke 1 more hour until sauce is set.

  9. Rest for 10–15 minutes. Slice and serve.
