High Protein Pumpkin Bread With Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.

  2. Mix together the pumpkin pie spices. Add into a blender along with the oats and bicarb and blitz until very fine.

  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blitz again until you have an even mixture.

  4. Pour into a lined loaf tin and top with some mixed seeds. Bake for 50 minutes until cooked through. Cool and slice up to enjoy.

  5. For the cream cheese frosting mix together the ingredients: 200g Greek yoghurt, 150g light Philadelphia, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup.
