Creamy Salmon Soup

Ingredients:

    Preparation:

  1. Slice the vegetables to your preferred size for soups.

  2. Remove the skin from the salmon (if needed) and cube the meat.

  3. Salt and pepper the vegetables. Salt and pepper the salmon separately.

  4. In a large sauce pan, sauté the vegetables over medium heat in a little olive oil until soft.

  5. Add thyme and dill to taste and mix well.

  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

  7. Add cream and return to simmer.

  8. Add salmon.

  9. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
