High Protein Bang Bang Chicken Tenders
  1. Beat the large egg in a bowl

  2. Mix crushed cornflakes with fit flour or oat flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

  3. Dip chicken tenders in beaten egg

  4. Coat chicken tenders in the cornflake mixture

  5. Air fry the coated chicken tenders at 400F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cooked through

  6. Prepare Bang Bang sauce by combining non-fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey

  7. Serve chicken tenders with Bang Bang sauce
