Keto Cheese Naan bread!
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare sheet pan with parchment paper. I butter my paper.

  2. It states in the original recipe that you can microwave the cheese and cream. I prefer a pan on the stove top so you can stir constantly. On medium heat or lower melt cheese with cream. Once melted place into large mixing bowl and set aside to cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

  3. In a medium mixing bowl I mixed all the dry ingredients together, almond flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix well, set aside. Beat room temperature eggs for easier mixing.

  4. Usually about the time you prepare the other ingredients the cheese is cool enough to handle. Toss in the almond flour mix and the eggs and stir until a dough ball forms. Let the dough ball rest for 5-10 minutes. Form 8 dough balls and flatten them out into a rough circular shape. Place Naan on pan and bake 18-20 minutes until golden. Let it sit for a minute while you microwave butter, garlic and chives. Once melted brush on-top of bread. It's best fresh out of the oven of course, but it does reheat well with a few seconds in the microwave. Enjoy! Let me know what y'all think!!
