  1. Mix 450 grams of baker's flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and ¾ teaspoon of dry yeast

  2. Add 365 milliliters of room temperature filtered water

  3. Mix the ingredients with the handle of a wooden spoon

  4. Cover and leave to rise for 8 to 10 hours

  5. Scrape the dough without pressing it to keep the air inside

  6. Sprinkle flour generously on top

  7. Cut the dough into two pieces

  8. Bake until golden brown
