Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Arrange on one side of the baking sheet in a single layer.
Add the chicken sausage to the baking sheet in a single layer.
Next, empty the bag of sweet potato gnocchi in the remaining portion of the baking sheet. Drizzle the gnocchi with the remaining 2 tsp of olive oil.
Bake for 22-24 minutes. Toss it and enjoy!
