Mix all ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat.
DON'T WALK AWAY!!! You need to stir this often and watch as the Maple Syrup boils and starts to harden…once you start to see very little liquid in the pan it's time to immediately dump them onto a parchment lined baking sheet to cool off.
These will be glossy and crispy once cooled….the original recipe has a more sugary finish, but we found the high gloss on this version to be SO PRETTY!
