Blend the goat cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth and creamy. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
Cook the Brussels sprouts to your preference, in the oven or air fryer. For these, the author used a 16 oz bag of Brussels sprouts, coated with a little oil and with some garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper. They air fried them at 370 for 8 minutes.
In a pan, add 2-3 Tbsp of Fig jam and spread around until slightly melted. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the glaze.
Top the glazed Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon.
